Fred Schwartz is an Adjunct Professor in the Faculty of Environmental and Urban Change at York University in Toronto, and is Executive Director of York’s International Renewable Energy Academy. He is also Executive Director of the Solar Valley Consortium at the Center for Environmental Research and Technology at the University of California, Riverside. He has worked in the field of renewable energy since the late 1970’s, and has received awards from the President of the United States, US EPA, and the United Nations.

Dr. Richard Navarro, CEO of Renewable Ocean Energy, Inc, and inventor, has 14 inventions, 6 patents issued, 1 pending, 160 presentations, and authored Resurrection of the Blue Planet. He holds a Ph.D. from Vanderbilt University, School of Medicine, a Master of Arts and Bachelor of Science, cum laude from Western Michigan University, is a former professor, and serial entrepreneur with over 50 years of experience despite being severely hearing impaired. He has a passion for protecting the Earth and finding innovative solutions to common problems and leads a team of engineers and businesspeople.

Dr. Deepak L. Waikar started his professional career as an Assistant Director at the National Power Engineers Training Institute in India after his post-graduation from the Institute of Technology, Banaras Hindu University in India. He has been associated with the premier institutions, polytechnics, colleges, and academies in India and Singapore as well as with British and Australian Universities offering courses in Singapore. He has authored/co-authored books, book chapters, research articles, and policy papers and delivered keynotes & plenary session presentations at international conferences, seminars, and forums in North & South America, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Africa, and Asia on power, sustainable clean energy, management, leadership, and education-related topics. He has served on various committees in professional bodies, such as the Chair of the Institute of Electrical & Electronic Engineers (IEEE), Power & Energy Society (PES) Chapter, Singapore, Chair of the IEEE Education Society Chapter Singapore, and General Co-Chair, Steering Committee Co-Chair, Program & Technical Chair of the IEEE & related International Conferences & Symposiums. He is a recipient of the IEEE-PES Outstanding Power Engineers' Award 2003/04, SP-Green Buddy Award 2004, Chilparco International Legend Award 2025, and Amity Lifetime Achievement Award 2025 for Leadership in Education, Sustainable Energy & Professional Development. He has served as Editor, and Reviewer for International Conferences and journals, Distinguished Member of Academic Advisory Boards, and as an external examiner for Master's and Doctoral Theses. Dr. Waikar has been associated with Singapore Certified Energy Manager’s programme for more than a decade. He has been providing a range of advisory, training (student, faculty, & management development), coaching, mentoring, and consultancy services for colleges, institutes, organisations, and individuals. He is a Senior Member of IEEE USA and a Life Member of the Institution of Engineers, India with Ph.D. from the National University of Singapore, M.S. from the University of Saskatchewan, Canada, M.Tech. from the Banaras Hindu University, India, and PD Certificate in University Teaching from the University of Newcastle, Australia. He obtained PG-DBM and B.E. degrees from Nagpur University and the Government Engineering College Aurangabad in India, respectively. As CEO & CSO of Sustaincore, a company specialized in the sustainable recycling and valorization of composite materials and plastic waste. As an International Ambassador for the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), I actively drives initiatives in decarbonization, energy transition, and carbon footprint assessment across industrial sectors in Morocco and internationally. My expertise also covers green hydrogen strategies and the integration of circular economy principles within renewable energy systems. Dr Jorge Costa holds a PhD in Energy and Bioenergy. He began his career in the environmental sector, focusing on industrial waste management, wastewater treatment, and stormwater drainage. Since 2000, he has served as an Adjunct Professor, dedicating his research and academic work to the fields of environmental engineering and bioenergy. In addition to these roles, he coordinates the degree program in Renewable Energies and Environment at ISEC Lisboa. For the past three years, Dr Costa has also co-managed Subtask 3 (Circular Bioeconomy and Biomass-Oriented Industrial Symbiosis) of Task XI (Industry-Based Biorefineries Towards Sustainability). This work falls under the Industrial Energy-Related Technologies and Systems (IETS), a Technological Collaboration Programme (TCP) of the International Energy Agency (IEA).

Professor Ian R. McAndrew FRAeS is a very highly qualified academic with extensive experiences within industry and internationally recognised researcher with extensive teaching experience at all levels of education. Conference and Journal publication of 92 over 35 years, six books and numerous Keynote presentations around the world. Has supervised 193 students to their doctoral completion all over the world. Extensive consultancy experience internationally for multi-nations and organisations. Lead a global doctorate program of in excess of 600 students. He is now setting the same style of degrees at Vedere University in Florida but adding Healthcare and analytics. In addition to being involved with the International Space University developing space research degrees he is the VP at Ebed-Melech University for research and recruitment.

Prof. Dr. Yousef FARHAOUI, is a Professor at Moulay Ismail University, Faculty of sciences and Techniques, Morocco. Chair of IDMS Team, Director of STI laboratory. Local Publishing and Research Coordinator, Cambridge International Academics in United Kingdom. He obtained his Ph.D. degree in Computer Security from Ibn Zohr University of Science. His research interests include learning, e-learning, computer security, big data analytics, and business intelligence. Farhaoui has three books in computer science. He is a coordinator and member of the organizing committee and also a member of the scientific committee of several international congresses, and is a member of various international associations. He has authored 7 Book and many Book Chapters with Reputed Publishers such as Springer and IGI. He is served as a Reviewer for IEEE, IET, Springer, Inder science and Elsevier Journals. He is also the Guest Editor of many Journals with Wiley, Springer, Inder science, etc. He has been the General Chair, Session Chair, and Panelist in Several Conferences. He is Senior Member of IEEE, IET, ACM and EAI Research Group.

Dr. Rampelli Manojkumar received his Ph.D. in Power Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati in 2023 and his M.Tech in Power and Energy Systems from the National Institute of Technology Karnataka, Surathkal, in 2015. He is currently an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering at BVRIT Hyderabad College of Engineering for Women, India. His research focuses on sustainable energy management, renewable integrated distribution systems, hybrid AC DC networks, battery energy storage, and smart grid technologies. He has authored 31 Scopus indexed publications with over 449 citations and an h index of 11. His research significantly contributes to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals including Affordable and Clean Energy, Industry Innovation and Infrastructure, Sustainable Cities and Communities, and Climate Action. His work also involves strong international collaboration, with about 40 percent of his publications co authored with global research partners. He serves on the Editorial Board of Scientific Reports, is an Early Career Editor for the International Journal of Ambient Energy, and Guest Editor for PLOS ONE.

Laura Botero-Bolívar is an aeronautical engineer with a Master’s degree in Aerodynamics and Aeroacoustics from the University of São Paulo. She obtained her PhD from the University of Twente as part of a Marie Skłodowska-Curie Innovative Training Network (ITN), followed by a postdoctoral position at the Polytechnic University of Madrid. She is currently a professor at the Universidad Industrial de Santander in Colombia. Her research focuses on the prediction and quantification of noise generated by offshore wind and tidal turbines, with an emphasis on understanding their environmental impact. She has collaborated with leading industrial partners including Embraer, Boeing, and Siemens, contributing to the development of advanced aeroacoustic methodologies. She has authored peer-reviewed publications in the field and holds a patent related to aircraft noise reduction techniques.

Dr. Kalpana Rajesh YeoleFounder, Managing Director - Sustainwheel Solutions Pvt LtdShe is a sustainability and energy innovation specialist with over 25 years of cross-sector experience spanning academia, research, and industry. Prof. Akuma A. Oji is a distinguished Professor of Chemical and Process Engineering at the University of Port Harcourt, Nigeria. He currently serves as a Senior Research Fellow at the World bank Centre for Oil field chemical, Energy Technology institute and The Director of NLNG Center for Gas Refining and Petrochemical Engineering. With over 23 years of experience in process engineering, renewable energy systems, and sustainable development, Prof. Oji specializes in biomass conversion technologies, natural gas processing, and process optimization. His research focuses on bridging conventional energy systems with renewable energy solutions for Africa’s energy transition. He has published extensively in high-impact journals and has consulted for several energy companies in Nigeria and sub-Saharan Africa. He is a passionate advocate for clean energy technologies and capacity building in developing nations.
